Hello Chester,
Sorry it took a bit to get back to you.
This is Jay I am the youngest of the boys, Willie is actually scouting for Big horn sheep at the moment, so it will be a bit before he has a chance to respond.

I would recommend testing it in a store first. Make sure that rest actually does hold the arrow on if you tilt your bow or accidently bump it.
Here is a writeup on the rest...
http://www.bowhunting.net/artman/publish/KeithDunlap/Field_Evaluation__Octane__Hostage__Rest.shtml
CONCLUSION:
Overall rating for the Octane Hostage Pro capture arrow rest: "A -"
PROS: excellent value for the price, easy to use, very light weight, holds arrow in place firmly (regardless of shot angle)
CONS: fletching can contact the brushes during the shot if you use vanes with severe twist, minimal arrow noise when drawing the bow.

Nutjob,
I'm sorry you must have some false information. I just spoke to the owner of this land and he confirmed they own all 8,000 acres.
If you would like to provide your name and phone number he stated he would love to give you a call.

hey Brian,
You can find some inexpensive sights anywhere, but the key is to look for sights that adjust easy. I would look for a single pin sight, those are nice and easy to adjust. To get a single pin site for a good price I would watch Ebay or www.archerytalk.com classifieds. I haven't seen any brands that are bad.
